Our calendula infused bar is a great bar formulated to be extra gentle and nourishing. Calendula is known for its anti-inflammatory properties and improve skin hydration. Dried calendula blossoms are infused in olive oil for at least 5 weeks, which what makes up most of the soap, added with coconut oil for gentle cleansing and castor oil which helps in moisturizing and acts as a humectant. Unscented, this is a wonderful bar for those who are sensitive to fragrances.
For daily use on hand or body.
Ingredients:
Water, *saponified oils of (calendula-infused olive oil, coconut, and castor), citric acid, sea salt, sugar
*Saponification is the process of converting fats or oils into soap by reacting them with lye (sodium hydroxide)
